Finding

These last two weeks we had a competition to find 70 future investigators. That means the name, number, address and an appointment set up for 70 new people. We did a lot of door knocking and we met a lot of people. After an intense 2 weeks, we ended up with 77 futures! Apparently we get a prize but I’m pretty excited to have 77 people. 

As for the Aurora, who was going to get baptized the 14th, turns out she smokes and doesn´t really want to give it up. We´ll keep working with her.

But we did teach Dani again. He has to be one of the coolest guys I know. First, he looks exactly like Johnny Depp and he is allergic to the sun so it´s more like Edward scissor hands. But he has lots of opinions on everything and many times he is hesitant to say stuff because it is against most Christian religions but all of his opinions are exactly aligned with our beliefs. Like 100% spot on. He didn´t believe in god, rather a supreme being but we left a pamphlet of the plan of salvation and he had it all marked up and said this is how he imagined god. Well, that's because it´s true.

As for weather, it has gotten pretty crazy here with rain and wind. I´ve already broken two umbrellas. Good thing they are only like two dollars because they aren´t the last I’m going to break. We are also trying to get the landlord to put in a wood stove so we can dry our stuff. Despite always being cold, I´m enjoying the weather. Plus, every once in a while people feel bad for us and let us in their house and then they have to listen to our message.
